If You Have Decided to Sign a “Power of Attorney for Health Care”  or a “Living Will”, Make Sure to Use National Right to Life's Recommended Package for Missouri which is available at http://www.nrlc.org/euthanasia/willtolive/new052803/MO2001.pdf.
None of us knows what the future holds. Any one of us could become incapacitated in the future and unable to communicate our health care wishes. Some people want to sign a document in advance that would let others know their wishes in the event of incapacity. If you are one of those people, please make sure the document you sign does not put your life in jeopardy!
