NRLC Urges Support for Health Care Conscious Rights Act

On March 5, National Right to Life sent a letter to the members of Congress urging them to co-sponsor the Health Care Conscience Rights Act (H.R. 940) which would amend the Obama health care law to protect the conscience rights of health care providers,  employers and citizens against violating their religious and moral convictions. This legislation would also codify the protections of the Hyde-Weldon provision and allow victims to seek relief in court against any violations of the federal conscience laws.

Please call your U.S.  Congressman and urge them to co-sponsor H.R. 940.

Legislative Update

Pray for the passage of priority pro-life legislation:
SB 175 & HB 400 - Establishes the requirements for the administration and regulation of RU-486 and other abortion-inducing drugs and chemicals and would ban web-cam abortions in MO.  When web-cam abortions began in Iowa they went from approximately 5 abortion clinics to 17.  We do not want this to happen in Missouri!
