Court lifts order that delayed Columbia abortion license 
 
Link 1, Link 2, Link 3 - Two appeals court rulings this week advanced the cause of abortion rights supporters in Missouri, with one decision moving Planned Parenthood closer to re-establishing its Columbia clinic and the other, in a lawsuit filed by the Satanic Temple, putting the state's 72-hour waiting period in jeopardy.

Trump Administration Issues Rules Protecting the Conscience Rights of All Americans 
 
Link - The Departments of Health and Human Services, Treasury, and Labor are announcing two companion interim final rules that provide conscience protections to Americans who have a religious or moral objection to paying for health insurance that covers contraceptive/abortifacient services. Obamacare-compliant health insurance plans are required to cover "preventive services," a term defined through regulation.
